1. High concentration waste liquid is pumped into the water tank of the metering device through an external pump, and the vacuum door is opened to suck it into the tank, completing the liquid inlet and metering.
2. During the homework period, before entering different depths or areas for work, the operators must use a gas detector to test the area they want to enter and pass the above requirements before entering.
3. The vacuum pump vacuums the entire process to -80 to -90kPa, and the water boils and evaporates at about 45 ℃. The low temperature state can prevent other substances from undergoing secondary transformation due to high temperature, making the evaporation conditions more efficient and reducing the water content faster. Avoid coking and clumping through the stirring device.
4. The heating process is stirred evenly and heated. The cooking cycle and batch can be set, and the device will automatically discharge to complete the discharge work.
5. The evaporated wastewater from hazardous waste can be treated in wastewater treatment plants, used for domestic miscellaneous water, or directly discharged.
